Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team of 3–4 Sales Managers and 20–25 Sales Officers.
  • Business Development: Drive sales for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products within the assigned region.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure achievement of monthly and annual disbursement and acquisition targets.
  • Market Penetration: Deep understanding of the Delhi market to identify business opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Channel Management: Build and manage a strong DSA and connector network; maintain healthy relationships with builders and local market influencers.
  • Compliance & Process: Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and all statutory requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding performance, challenges, and market feedback.
  • Training & Development: Coach and guide the team to improve productivity, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team management, preferably in affordable housing finance.
  • Strong networking and market knowledge of Delhi and nearby locations.
  • Experience in managing affordable home loan segments will be a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Stable career background with proven track record in sales and team handling.
