Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects and proactively maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the home loan lifecycle.
  • Identifies new business opportunities by thoroughly researching and evaluating prospects' positions in the industry, and analyzing various sales options.
  • Sells home loan products by establishing initial contact and developing meaningful relationships with potential clients; recommending tailored home loan solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Maintains client relationships post-sale by providing continuous support, necessary information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and suggesting improvements for profit and service to clients.
  • Prepares comprehensive reports by accurately collecting, analyzing, and summarizing critical sales and client information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and best practices within the sales process.
  • Contributes actively to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the home loan or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of home loan products and the real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
