Home Healthcare Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Support & Monitoring
• Monitor and record patient conditions (physical and mental).
• Observe intake/output and exercise routines.
• Notify nursing supervisor of changes or unusual conditions.
• Personal & Home Care
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Provide housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and errands support.
• Patient & Family Education
• Teach patients to use mobility aids (cane, walker) and special utensils.
• Instruct family members on safe techniques for lifting, turning, and repositioning patients.
• Advise on nutrition, hygiene, and housekeeping.
• Health & Safety Maintenance
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment using asepsis standards.
• Follow dietary and nutrition requirements.
• Adhere to professional standards, home care policies, and legal regulations.
• Quality & Service Enhancement
• Take ownership of new and different requests.
• Explore opportunities to improve patient care and service value.
