Job Description

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra-HNI clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and portfolio growth.
  • Leverage 100% provided leads to convert prospects and build long-term, trusted client relationships.
  • Acquire new HNI/UHNI customers and initiate strategic banking relationships.
  • Achieve business targets related to portfolio growth, cross-selling, and client upgrades.
  • Profile clients to understand their financial needs and offer customized investment, insurance, and banking products.
  • Drive sales across multiple banking products including Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, and Online Trading.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all banking needs of HNI clients within the branch.
  • Provide proactive, high-quality servicing and consistent client engagement to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Maintain compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, or Priority Banking
  • Proven experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients and cross-selling banking/financial products
  • Strong knowledge of investment, liability, and asset products
  • Certification in AMFI/IRDA/NISM preferred
