HK Room Attended & HK Public Attendant - Hotel & Restaurant

Key Responsibilities

Room Attendant (HK Room Attendant)

• Clean and service guest rooms daily, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and furniture.
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all areas of the room.
• Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and damaged assets.
• Follow SOPs for cleaning and ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Maintain proper care and usage of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Public Area Attendant (HK Public Attendant)

• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobby, corridors, elevators, washrooms, banquet halls, and restaurants.
• Ensure restrooms are sanitized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Remove garbage and maintain waste disposal standards.
• Assist during events, banquets, and peak operational hours.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately.
• Support room attendants as needed and follow housekeeping SOPs.
