Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily club operations ensuring premium service standards and smooth workflow.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational, sales, and service goals.
  • Drive membership sales through effective client engagement and relationship-building.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, processes, and brand guidelines to maintain a luxury customer experience.
  • Monitor club performance metrics and take corrective actions where required.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain service excellence.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in luxury fitness clubs or hospitality, covering operations, sales, and team management.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a process-driven approach.
  • Polished communication skills with excellent client-handling capabilities.
  • High sense of accountability and ownership in delivering business outcomes.
  • Ability to manage high-end clientele and ensure premium service standards.
