Hiring US HR - Employee Relations - US Staffing

Required Qualifications:

• Should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in human resources.
• Required excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• 06 months to 2+ years in US Human Resource.
• Should have experience in resolving queries of US employees.
• Should have problem solving approach.
• Should have experience in taking new initiatives for employee engagement and retention programs.
• US benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k etc.) knowledge would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Should be working as a bridge between our employees & customers.
• Should be working as an advocate of employees in front of the customers and NR Consulting.
• Should be working with different teams to resolve the queries/concerns of our US employees.

(Females are preferred)
