Hiring #Team Leader with Team // Cruise Booking , Travel Sales

Process Management – Cruise Booking (PPC Calls):

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives handling inbound PPC calls related to cruise bookings for US customers. Ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

• Bring an existing, experienced sales team along. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure individual and team targets are achieved.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track daily sales, monitor call quality, and review team KPIs. Implement strategies to improve performance and productivity.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales techniques tailored to cruise booking and upselling. Maximize revenue through strategic lead handling and effective communication.

Training & Development:

• Coach team members on cruise packages, pricing, sales objections, and customer handling. Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Shift & Schedule:

• Work in night shifts (aligned with US time zones) with a 5-day working schedule to support work-life balance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales, with at least 1–2 years as a Team Leader in a US travel sales process (preferably cruise or flight sales)
• Team Requirement: Must bring an existing team of experienced US travel/cruise sales agents
• Communication: Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
• Shift: Night shift (US timings)
• Schedule: 5 days working
