Job Description
Responsibilities:
Billing & Cash Management
- Operate billing and cash counters accurately and efficiently.
- Handle transactions, manage cash flow, and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Address customer queries related to payments and billing.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor and manage store inventory in coordination with the Store Manager.
- Assist in stock rotation to prevent spoilage and ensure product availability.
- Report stock discrepancies and assist in inventory audits.
Store Maintenance & Compliance
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and retail protocols.
- Uphold visual merchandising and display standards.
Customer Service
- Assist customers in locating products and provide guidance on purchases.
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with all customers.
