Job Description

Responsibilities:

Billing & Cash Management

  • Operate billing and cash counters accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle transactions, manage cash flow, and ensure proper reconciliation.
  • Address customer queries related to payments and billing.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor and manage store inventory in coordination with the Store Manager.
  • Assist in stock rotation to prevent spoilage and ensure product availability.
  • Report stock discrepancies and assist in inventory audits.

Store Maintenance & Compliance

  • Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and retail protocols.
  • Uphold visual merchandising and display standards.

Customer Service

  • Assist customers in locating products and provide guidance on purchases.
  • Maintain professional and courteous interactions with all customers.
