Job Description
- Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls for US travel sales (PPC campaigns)
- Ensure compliance with process standards, quality guidelines, and client expectations
- Provide detailed feedback and coaching to sales agents to improve performance
- Identify training needs based on quality trends and call observations
- Prepare quality audit reports and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to implement improvement plans
- Ensure continuous process improvements by analyzing call quality metrics
- Maintain documentation and track quality scores for internal records
