Job Description
Responsibilities:
Field Coordination & Program Execution
- Oversee day-to-day CBR (Community-Based Rehabilitation) and field activities across project locations.
- Coordinate with community members, parents, and support groups to ensure effective program delivery.
- Monitor field operations and provide timely guidance to field staff and volunteers.
Community Mobilization & Counseling
- Engage with communities to raise awareness on disability inclusion, rights, welfare schemes, and available services.
- Counsel families and beneficiaries to encourage participation in programs and services.
SHG Coordination & Livelihood Support
- Coordinate and support Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in skill-building, financial literacy, and loan linkages.
- Facilitate vocational training, job placement support, and ongoing follow-up for beneficiaries.
Stakeholder Liaison
- Liaise with government departments, local authorities, therapeutic units, and service providers.
- Ensure smooth coordination to access health, education, financial, and rehabilitation services.
Volunteer Management
- Guide, train, and supervise volunteers, interns, and field facilitators.
- Ensure volunteers are equipped to support community-level activities effectively.
Data Collection, Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct surveys, needs assessments, household mapping, and program evaluations.
- Maintain updated records, beneficiary data, and periodic progress reports.
- Present insights and updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Program Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all field activities follow organizational standards, safeguarding policies, and protocols.
- Identify gaps and propose operational improvements.
