Job Description

Responsibilities:

Field Coordination & Program Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day CBR (Community-Based Rehabilitation) and field activities across project locations.
  • Coordinate with community members, parents, and support groups to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Monitor field operations and provide timely guidance to field staff and volunteers.

Community Mobilization & Counseling

  • Engage with communities to raise awareness on disability inclusion, rights, welfare schemes, and available services.
  • Counsel families and beneficiaries to encourage participation in programs and services.

SHG Coordination & Livelihood Support

  • Coordinate and support Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in skill-building, financial literacy, and loan linkages.
  • Facilitate vocational training, job placement support, and ongoing follow-up for beneficiaries.

Stakeholder Liaison

  • Liaise with government departments, local authorities, therapeutic units, and service providers.
  • Ensure smooth coordination to access health, education, financial, and rehabilitation services.

Volunteer Management

  • Guide, train, and supervise volunteers, interns, and field facilitators.
  • Ensure volunteers are equipped to support community-level activities effectively.

Data Collection, Monitoring & Reporting

  • Conduct surveys, needs assessments, household mapping, and program evaluations.
  • Maintain updated records, beneficiary data, and periodic progress reports.
  • Present insights and updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Program Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all field activities follow organizational standards, safeguarding policies, and protocols.
  • Identify gaps and propose operational improvements.
