Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.

• Support onboarding and ensure smooth candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate

• 6 months – 2 years recruitment experience preferred

• Good verbal and written communication in English

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals
