Hiring Freshers / Experienced Recruiters For BPO /BFSI Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bulk hiring for BPO and/or BFSI sectors
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Conduct screening and initial interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal teams
• Maintain candidate databases and MIS reports
• Ensure hiring targets are met as per deadlines
• Handle onboarding coordination and documentation

Candidate Profile:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (bulk hiring preferred)
• Experience in BPO or BFSI recruitment is an added advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
