Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and leads generated through PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and Meta Search campaigns.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide the best travel solutions (mainly international flight bookings).
  • Convert leads into sales by offering competitive itineraries and real-time fares.
  • Utilize GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) to search and issue tickets.
  • Upsell travel add-ons: seat selection, baggage, travel insurance, hotel bookings, etc.
  • Ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction through smooth sales handling.
  • Manage post-sales queries: rescheduling, cancellations, refunds.
  • Achieve individual and team-based sales targets consistently.
  • Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and industry promotions.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 6 years of experience in US travel sales, with focus on PPC or Meta Campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of international flight booking and fare structures.
  • Experience working with leads from Google Ads, Skyscanner, Kayak, etc.
  • Proficiency in GDS (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo).
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in US time zone (Night Shift).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an OTA (Online Travel Agency) or call center-based travel sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and travel booking engines.
  • Knowledge of airline consolidator fares is a plus.
  • Experience in handling both B2C and B2B travel sales will be an advantage.
