Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and leads generated through PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and Meta Search campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide the best travel solutions (mainly international flight bookings).
- Convert leads into sales by offering competitive itineraries and real-time fares.
- Utilize GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) to search and issue tickets.
- Upsell travel add-ons: seat selection, baggage, travel insurance, hotel bookings, etc.
- Ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction through smooth sales handling.
- Manage post-sales queries: rescheduling, cancellations, refunds.
- Achieve individual and team-based sales targets consistently.
- Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and industry promotions.
Requirements:
- 1 to 6 years of experience in US travel sales, with focus on PPC or Meta Campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of international flight booking and fare structures.
- Experience working with leads from Google Ads, Skyscanner, Kayak, etc.
- Proficiency in GDS (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo).
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
- Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask efficiently.
- Comfortable working in US time zone (Night Shift).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an OTA (Online Travel Agency) or call center-based travel sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and travel booking engines.
- Knowledge of airline consolidator fares is a plus.
- Experience in handling both B2C and B2B travel sales will be an advantage.
