Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US/UK travel sales including flights, car rentals, cruises, and other travel services.
- Generate high-quality sales leads through PPC, Meta platforms, and other digital sources.
- Convert potential leads from US and UK markets, including Spanish-speaking customers in the US region.
- Understand client travel requirements and provide the best possible deals through GDS (Global Distribution System).
- Promote and sell cruise packages, holiday bundles, and car rental services as per client preferences.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing professional, accurate, and personalized travel solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and incentive thresholds.
