- Handle inbound and outbound PPC and Meta calls for international travel bookings.
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Understand customer travel needs and recommend appropriate flight and travel packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings while delivering excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and ongoing travel offers.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking and after-sales support.
