- Lead and manage a team of international sales executives (US Process).
- Drive performance to meet sales targets and ensure service level adherence.
- Monitor and manage team KPIs, KRAs, shrinkage, attrition, and SLAs.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans when needed.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with management.
- Ensure team productivity and maintain high employee engagement.
