Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on staffing (sub-con) mandates for Tier-1 IT companies and captive centers.
- Manage client POCs, build trust, and generate business while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Lead the fulfillment team: allocate and track demands, drive performance, and measure results.
- Engage with experienced tech professionals and provide support in technical recruitment and staffing.
