Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • Review and prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Ensure proper accounting of fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and general ledger entries.
  • Perform variance analysis, investigate discrepancies, and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as AP, AR, FP&A, and audit teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and corporate policies.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on complex RTR-related queries.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors during audit cycles and ensure timely closure of audit points.
  • Maintain updated documentation for processes, SOPs, and controls.
