Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support for software/hardware issues to UK clients via calls, emails, or chat
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems
- Guide junior team members and assist in knowledge sharing
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical issues
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes
Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 6 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies and troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to work in UK shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
