Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and manage customer queries efficiently
- Provide Level 2 support, resolving complex customer issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on customer concerns
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer retention
Eligibility Criteria:
- Prior experience in a voice-based customer care role, preferably Level 2 support
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Customer-centric approach with good interpersonal skills
