Key Responsibilities:
-VOICE PROCESS (Relevant VOICE Experience Mandatory MIN 6 months of experience on papers)
- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
LOCATION : Mumbai (MALAD/GOREGOAN)
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Undergraduate degree
- Excellent communication skills can apply
- Candidates with 6 months of international voice process experience can apply
