Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining solutions

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Provide product and service information to customers

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)

Proven experience in customer service or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

Multilingual abilities

Experience with customer support software

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
