- Voice Process

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

LOCATION: Mumbai ( Goregaon)

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required)

- Candidates with international voice process experience are also welcome

- Minimum 6 Months of BPO Experience is mandatory

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
