Hiring for AR Callers

Description

We are seeking motivated and skilled AR Callers to join our team in India. The ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and be responsible for managing collections, resolving billing issues, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and patients to collect outstanding accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the system.
• Resolve billing issues and inquiries from clients and patients promptly and effectively
• Work collaboratively with the billing and collections team to meet targets and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit reports on collection activities and outstanding accounts.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable .
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable software and billing systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
