Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities (Customer Support – Voice & Chat):

  • Handle customer queries via calls or chat in a professional manner
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Accurately document all interactions as per process guidelines
  • Meet KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and CSAT

Roles & Responsibilities (Content Moderation):

  • Review and moderate user-generated content on platforms
  • Ensure content compliance with community guidelines and policies
  • Identify and escalate potentially harmful or policy-violating content
  • Maintain attention to detail and meet quality benchmarks
  • Work across multimedia formats (text, images, videos, etc.)
