Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities (Customer Support – Voice & Chat):
- Handle customer queries via calls or chat in a professional manner
- Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Accurately document all interactions as per process guidelines
- Meet KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and CSAT
Roles & Responsibilities (Content Moderation):
- Review and moderate user-generated content on platforms
- Ensure content compliance with community guidelines and policies
- Identify and escalate potentially harmful or policy-violating content
- Maintain attention to detail and meet quality benchmarks
- Work across multimedia formats (text, images, videos, etc.)
