Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide prompt assistance.
  • Handle billing operations accurately using billing software and maintain proper records.
  • Manage counter sales activities including order taking, product explanations, and upselling when required.
  • Perform basic computer tasks related to billing, inventory updates, and daily sales entries.
  • Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, and other café-style drinks when assigned (barista duties).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter area to ensure a pleasant customer experience.
  • Ensure stock availability at the counter and coordinate with the team for refills.
  • Address customer queries and resolve minor issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage counter operations efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn barista skills and beverage preparation.
  • Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
