Hiring CBR Coordinator

Responsibiities:

• Oversee Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) initiatives and all related field activities.
• Counsel and inform communities about disability support services, rehabilitation processes, and awareness programs.
• Coordinate activities with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), including literacy initiatives, loan support, and parental group engagement.
• Liaise effectively with government departments, therapeutic units, and other stakeholder agencies for smooth program execution.
• Guide, train, and monitor volunteers to ensure effective delivery of field activities and community interventions.
• Conduct surveys and community assessments to gather data, identify needs, and improve program outcomes.
• Facilitate job placement and livelihood opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
• Manage programs focused on disability rights, inclusion, and empowerment.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and updates related to field activities and community programs.
