Role Description:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Associate with prior experience in sourcing business loans through a strong DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network. The candidate will be responsible for driving loan and building a reliable partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs and other sourcing partners to generate leads for business loans.
• Drive lead conversion through regular follow-ups, application assistance, and coordination with internal credit and operations teams.
• Educate DSAs on product offerings, documentation requirements, and eligibility criteria.
• Achieve monthly disbursal targets and maintain healthy funnel metrics.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations at every stage of the loan process.

Attributes we are looking for:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales of business loans or SME lending products.
• Strong and active DSA network in the local market.
• Good understanding of business loan documentation, underwriting norms, and disbursal process.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Prior experience in fintechs, NBFCs, or banks will be preferred.
