Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Technical Guidance
- Lead the ECU HIL validation team technically.
- Mentor and support team members on testing methodologies and tools.
- Ensure timely delivery of all validation activities and test outcomes.
- Identify risks in validation projects and propose mitigation strategies.
Requirement Analysis & Test Development
- Analyze ECU and body electronics system requirements (e.g., wiper system, sunroof, door control, keyless go, locking system, lighting, seat control).
- Develop test specifications, test scripts, and test frameworks using PTTA, CAPL, Python, C, or C++.
- Design test cases covering various functional scenarios.
HIL Testing & Execution
- Execute test cases on dSPACE SCALAXIO HIL platforms.
- Perform UDS-based diagnostic testing and DoIP testing.
- Debug, analyze failures, and report issues in defect management systems.
- Ensure maximum automation of testing processes.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work with system developers to resolve observed system behavior issues.
- Collaborate with other testers to improve HIL testing quality.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation in validation projects.
Technical Knowledge & Compliance
- Demonstrate knowledge of ECU communication protocols including CAN, FlexRay, and Ethernet.
- Apply QM/ASPICE processes in validation activities.
- Understand next-generation EE architecture, AUTOSAR concepts, and OOP principles.
- Stay updated on body electronics functions and software architecture concepts.
