Quickly gain understanding of Cigna's systems, applications, and business models to guide project alignment with strategic goals.
Interpret and communicate complex analytical and modeling outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide timely and accurate project status reports to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, project governance standards, and organizational controls.
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution of issues across project workstreams.
Foster a collaborative and accountable project culture focused on delivery and quality.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of IT and business/industry experience, with 3+ years of project management experience leading mid- to large-scale initiatives.
Proven track record in successfully delivering complex, multi-team projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale initiatives with significant IT or application development components.
Practical experience with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies and tools.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills—able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Ability to lead within a matrix organization and build consensus across multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience managing vendor or offshore development resources is a plus.
PMP or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster) preferred.
