Head Verification & Validation

Ideal Experience

• 15–25 years of proven leadership experience in Verification & Validation within a product development and manufacturing environment.
• Educational background: BE / ME / Master's degree in Automobile, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Strong exposure to automotive, EV systems, or highly regulated product domains.

Roles and Responsibilities

V&V Leadership & Strategy

• Own the end-to-end V&V lifecycle including strategy, planning, design, execution, and automation.
• Ensure V&V effectiveness, efficiency, and on-time delivery across all projects, product enhancements, and fixes.
• Act as the V&V reference point across the entire product development value chain.

Process & System Development

• Define and deploy cross-product and cross-domain V&V setups.
• Approve technical deliverables across teams and ensure cross-functional compliance.
• Implement tools and methodologies for bidirectional traceability across engineering domains.

Innovation & Automation

• Lead the deployment of AI/ML and GenAI-driven initiatives for automation, productivity, and outcome improvement.
• Develop future-ready testing capabilities, integrating advanced lab automation and intelligent data systems.

Certifications & Compliance

• Drive product certification, regulatory compliance, and functional safety validation.
• Oversee security V&V and ensure products meet industry safety and regulatory standards.

Program & Stakeholder Management

• Manage large-scale V&V programs and be the primary interface for all internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performance V&V team, supporting their growth and technical excellence.
