Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the calling team handling both outbound and inbound calls in the financial services domain.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the tele-sales and collections team to achieve daily, monthly, and YTD targets.
- Track team performance through daily monitoring, call audits, and quality checks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance review reports for management.
- Support team members in resolving customer concerns and improving call effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to calling scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies.
- Drive lead generation, conversions, and collection efficiencies through proper coaching and strategy implementation.
- Maintain team discipline, allocate workloads, and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a telecalling, telesales, or collection team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of financial services operations and customer interaction processes.
- Ability to analyze team performance and implement improvement plans.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and reporting capabilities.
