Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier executive talent
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals and client needs
• Mentor and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, ensuring productivity and performance
• Oversee and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) for all company deliveries and services
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate effectively with clients to understand hiring requirements
• Drive team-building, leadership development, and strategic hiring initiatives
