Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business goals.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with high-value and high-net-worth clients.
• Drive sales efforts and cross-sell a comprehensive range of banking products to ensure sustained revenue growth.
