Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact between central management and regional teams.
- Facilitate meetings to review performance, share best practices, and address operational challenges.
- Resolve branch-level escalations in operations and administration, collaborating with IT, HR, Finance, and Compliance teams.
- Implement and standardize SOPs across all branches to ensure operational excellence.
