Head Operations

The Head of Operations will be a key leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for scaling production capacity and ensuring operational excellence. The role involves overseeing the production floor, optimizing processes, managing teams, and ensuring quality, quantity, and timelines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all production operations, including plastic injection molding and related manufacturing processes.
• Ensure production targets for quality, quantity, and timelines are achieved consistently.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Lead, mentor, and manage production teams to drive performance and engagement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Polymer, or Plastic Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in plastic injection molding operations.
• Strong planning, team management, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
