Head of Research

Required Experience:

• MBA in Finance from a reputable institution.
• 12-14 years of experience in Institutional Equity Research on the sell side, specifically in Infrastructure/Cement, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Consistent recognition with received votes in the last 4 quarters.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in relationship management and networking with institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the research team, ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining professional discipline.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and company performance within the designated sectors.
• Attend corporate and analyst meetings, representing the bank in discussions with institutional equity clients.
• Develop and communicate investment concepts through detailed reports, presentations, and direct client interactions.
• Timely dissemination of investment ideas and collaboration with other internal teams to support overall business goals.
