Job Description

Design and execute a comprehensive partnerships roadmap across Resellers, VCs, Tech Platforms, and Long-tail Agencies to drive SMB advertiser acquisition at scale.

Build structured onboarding processes, CRM systems, incentive models, and playbooks to make partnerships repeatable and measurable.

Drive advertiser acquisition volumes through partners, ensuring funnel contribution targets are met during key cycles (e.g., IPL).

Manage senior partner relationships, align joint GTM initiatives, and unlock co-marketing or bundled offerings.

Integrate closely with Self Serve, Programmatic, and Performance teams to ensure seamless advertiser handoff and retention.

Represent JioStar in ecosystem forums, enhancing visibility and credibility with partners and SMB communities.

Mentor, build, and manage a high-performing partnerships team.

Track partnership performance, analyze partner ROI, and optimize the partnership mix for maximum impact.

Operationalize partnerships into repeatable processes that balance partner and JioStar objectives.
