Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Fundraising (CSR):
- Develop and implement a long-term corporate fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and engage corporates, foundations, and high-value donors whose CSR goals align with Cuddles Foundation's mission.
- Manage complex corporate relationships, proactively addressing challenges and maintaining engagement.
- Write and present compelling funding proposals, impact reports, and grant applications.
- Ensure full compliance with CSR regulatory frameworks.
- Execute corporate engagement programs including employee giving, payroll giving, and volunteer activities.
- Integrate impact measurement tools for monitoring and communicating program success.
- Manage hospital budgets and ensure optimal fund utilization.
Retail Fundraising & Individual Giving:
- Lead the individual giving strategy through digital fundraising, monthly giving, and donor retention campaigns.
- Cultivate partnerships with HNWIs, philanthropists, and crowdfunding platforms.
- Leverage storytelling, social media, and digital platforms to boost donor engagement.
- Innovate new fundraising models such as peer-to-peer, legacy giving, and community fundraising events.
- Build and implement stewardship programs to ensure donor satisfaction and long-term support.
- Use donor journey mapping and CRM tools to personalize donor communication and engagement.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Build and lead a high-performing fundraising team with clear targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, communications, and programs for alignment.
- Regularly monitor fundraising metrics and report outcomes to senior leadership and the Board.
- Set annual fundraising goals and manage cash flow to align with programmatic needs.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the fundraising team.
- Activate the Board's networks and capabilities to support fundraising goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, donor relations, or business development, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing large CSR and HNWI partnerships.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach to relationship-building and donor engagement.
- Proficient in using data and analytics to measure fundraising performance.
