Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Search Strategy
- Design and implement innovative search strategies to attract top-tier executive talent across finance, legal, and governance functions.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of high-impact executive searches with a focus on quality, speed, and client satisfaction.
Business Development
- Actively identify new market opportunities and develop strategic relationships to secure new executive search mandates.
- Position the firm as a trusted advisor in executive recruitment through thought leadership and consultative engagement.
Industry & Market Intelligence
- Maintain deep expertise in industry trends, regulatory environments, and competitor landscapes.
- Leverage insights to inform search strategies and offer value-added guidance to clients.
Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, board members, and industry influencers.
- Facilitate high-level executive placements and ensure sustained client engagement.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of search professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Drive performance by setting clear objectives and developing team capabilities.
Operational Strategy & Execution
- Partner with senior leadership to define strategic goals and oversee the execution of business development and delivery plans.
- Ensure alignment with overall business priorities and growth objectives.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use analytics and performance metrics to evaluate and improve search effectiveness and business development initiatives.
- Continuously optimize processes to enhance client value and competitive advantage.
Ethics & Professional Standards
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all client and candidate interactions.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
Experience:
- Proven track record in executive search or senior-level talent acquisition, particularly in finance, legal, or governance sectors
- Experience in securing and delivering on high-value client engagements
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or scaling teams or business units
- Demonstrated leadership ability in mentoring high-performing recruitment teams
- Established network of senior-level professionals and decision-makers in relevant sectors
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused, and data-driven environment
