• Build trust and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in retail, FMCG, and digital commerce

P&L and Team Leadership

• Own and scale the P&L for the Retail & Consumer Goods hiring vertical

• Lead, mentor, and grow internal and external recruitment teams for niche hiring mandates

• Implement structured recruitment processes, SLAs, and analytics-driven hiring strategies
