We are seeking a Head Information Technology to lead and modernize India's IT landscape. This role is responsible for ensuring the robustness of all IT systems, from SAP and cybersecurity to IoT and data analytics, in alignment with global strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

Role Mission

• Lead and modernize India's IT landscape, ensuring robust SAP & MES operations, IoT-enabled manufacturing, secure infrastructure, and digital integration with Global systems.

Top 5 Priorities (First 12 Months)

• SAP Excellence: Stabilize, upgrade, and optimize ERP for manufacturing, sales, and service.
• IoT & Telematics: Drive connected equipment solutions for real-time tracking and predictive maintenance.
• Cybersecurity Readiness: Align with the Global security framework, strengthen SOC and incident response.
• Industry 4.0 Enablement: Integrate MES, PLM, and automation tools for plant efficiency.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Deploy analytics dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for management visibility.

Key Deliverables / KPIs

• ERP uptime > 99.5%, with zero critical disruptions.
• IoT/Telematics rollout completed for 100% of new equipment sold.
• Cybersecurity compliance score as per Global > 95%.
• MES integration live across all Chakan plant production lines.
• Analytics adoption rate > 80% among business heads.

Skills Required

Must-Have Skills

• SAP (ECC/S4HANA) leadership experience in manufacturing.
• MES, PLM, IoT & telematics solution deployment.
• Cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC).
• Vendor management & IT budget optimization.
• Cross-border collaboration with China/global teams.

Profile Snapshot

• Education: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/Electronics); MBA preferred.
• Experience: 12–18 years in manufacturing/OEM IT leadership.
