Job Description

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage end-to-end HR activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and exits.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS, attendance, leave, and shift management.
  • Handle offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letters, resignation acceptance, and experience certificates.
  • Maintain exit database and conduct exit interviews for corrective and preventive actions.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Payroll processing using Cosmo Soft (salary release, pay slip generation).
  • Process LTA, medical reimbursement, salary advance, leave encashment, bonus, ex-gratia, and other employee benefits.
  • Handle tuition fee reimbursement, referral payments, quarterly incentives, birthday/wedding gifts, and staff loans.
  • Manage PF, ESI, gratuity, superannuation, and full & final settlements.
  • Generate MIS and HRIS reports for management review (attendance, additions, attrition, manpower, payroll summaries).
