An Ideal Candidate:
An Ideal candidate will be a Financial Leadership with all Finance Functions like Treasury / Payable/ Receivable/Taxation/Legal / Accounting /Reporting with the knowledge of Corporate Finance, Fund Sourcing and deployment, corporate governance and compliance regulatory management and IFRS
Key Competencies:
1.Financial Leadership with all Finance Functions like Treasury / Payable/ Receivable/Taxation/Legal / Accounting /Reporting
2.Overseeing Financial Controls and Governance processes to optimize operational efficiency and profitability
3.Knowledge of Corporate Finance, Fund Sourcing and deployment, corporate governance and compliance regulatory management
4.Cost Optimization Strategies and initiatives
5. Advisory to HQ Team and Board Members for insights into Financial Performance and market trends
6. India Finance Team Management at all locations, fostering a positive environment for the team
7. Ensure Compliances as per Ind AS/IFRS
8.Financial Planning and Analysis/ regulatory monitoring/Balance Sheet Finalization/ Monthly Management Reporting/P&L/ Budgeting and Forecasting
9. Strong Decision-Making Skills based on Judgement and Organizational Goals
10. Strong Communication Skills to Interact at Various levels in the organization
11.Maintaining Banking Relationships in all aspects
12.Collaborating with Auditors and Tax Authorities
