Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Facilities/Regional Head to oversee our facility operations across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Oversee facility management operations across multiple sites in the region.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets and financial planning for facility operations.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and service agreements.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient practices.
- Develop and maintain facility policies and procedures.
- Lead a team of facility staff and manage performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operations.
- Proficient in budget management and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
