Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Facilities/Regional Head to oversee our facility operations across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility management operations across multiple sites in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage budgets and financial planning for facility operations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and service agreements.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient practices.
  • Develop and maintain facility policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of facility staff and manage performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operations.
  • Proficient in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
