Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of credit analysts and underwriters to ensure efficient processing of auto loans, commercial vehicle loans, used car loans, and other types of vehicle finance products.
• Conduct regular reviews and appraisals to assess credit risk and identify potential issues.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for managing portfolio performance, reducing defaults, and improving collections.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns for new customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
